Mack Avenue Music Group wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened physical media and unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, factory-sealed packaging or original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items including the original packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
