Can I return or exchange a vinyl record or CD?

We accept returns on unopened and defective media within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of the product, opened non-defective items cannot be returned.

What should I do if my vinyl arrives damaged or warped?

Please contact our support team immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement copy at no additional cost.

Do you offer digital downloads with physical purchases?

Many of our vinyl and CD releases include a digital download code. Please check the specific product description to see if a high-quality digital version is included with your order.

How can I track my order?
